Data Feature Engineer / AIOPS

We are staffing a full-time position as a Data Feature Engineer / AI OPS.  This person will in the design and implementation of AIOPs strategies and predictive modeling across customer systems.

Duties include:

• • Develop data features used for training, testing and production inference
  • Identify, gather and prepare appropriate datasets and inputs suited for machine learning (ML) algorithms
  • Perform trend analysis and distribution of data anomalies used by ML
  • Support the Data Scientist in the creation of predictive models
  • Collaborative with stakeholders to translate business needs and strategies to technical requirements for the development of ML models
  • Work with development teams and modeling engineers to develop data infrastructure to improve the performance of ML models
  • Actively seek out ways to improve data and engineering processes and procedures
  • Research current and emerging trends in relevant new technologies and the field of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence

Requirements include:

• • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Systems Engineering or related field
  • Experience in programming and debugging using a distributed data framework (Spark, Kakfa)
  • Experience in data acquisition and analysis of different datasets
  • Experience within a large-scale and complex Agile environment
  • Expertise in the SDLC and best practices for the creation of ML/AI models
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Desired:

• • Experience with Scala or Python
  • Experience using ML model frameworks including but not limited to: Tensorflow, Scikit, Sage Maker
  • Experience with cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP)
