We are staffing a fulltime position as a DevSecOps Engineer for a growing organization with excellent benefits.

Duties include:

    • Support assessment and research of incorporating AI-DevOps and AI-ops into our organizational infrastructure
    • Work with technical architecture and the CTO team to assess and research technologies, AWS services, and frameworks for Cloud & DevSecOps pipelines
    • Provide leadership in the direction of the DevSecOps domain and tools for development, test, implementation and support across a variety of applications and environments
    • Commit to the ongoing implementation of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)
    • Understand customer needs, project KPIs, business workflows to implement best DevSecOps practices to improve performance of systems
    • Ensure adherence to DevSecOps processes (testing, automation, planning) and CI/CD requirements
    • Review and suggest modifications (code, automated testing, deployment, integration) to the workflow in the project(s)
    • Troubleshoot and problem solve code bugs across application domains
    • Monitor and maintain the DevOps tool chain
    • Identify and implement security measures through vulnerability assessment, configuration management and risk management
    • Communicate and coordinate with development/engineering team and customers the CI/CD pipeline standards and guidelines
    • Coach and mentor junior engineers on the team
    • Work closely with other engineers, product owners, PMs from multiple teams

Requirements include:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or related IT field
    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in DevOps and engineering cloud solutions
    • Demonstrated experience of Linux based infrastructure, cloud architecture and security principles
    • Experience implementing DevOps technologies (CI/CD pipelines, Puppet, Chef, Ansible)
    • Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Ruby, Terraform, and Java
    • Familiarity of open-source technologies and cloud services (AWS)
    • Strong knowledge of DevOps and Agile principles
    • Strong leadership, analytical and critical thinking skills
    • Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills

Desired skills include:

    • CISSP, CISM or other Security Certifications
    • Experience within Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) areas
    • Expertise in Agile Development Practices
    • Expertise in ITIL
