Northern Virginia distance education company is looking to explore fundraising through merging with a SPAC. Company has created a prototype for next-generation Internet-based instructional software that uses AI, machine learning, voice technology and natural language processing. In head-to-head competition, our software was shown to be 80% more effective than Khan Academy’s instructional software and 300% more effective than Pearson Education’s (world’s largest publisher) electronic textbook. Our results have been published in scientific journals. Company expects to sign a contract in December 2020 to use its software to support delivery of up to 275 courses to Government agencies. Company is looking for someone who can help it prepare for a potential merger with a SPAC and find a suitable SPAC to merge with. That person would receive a percentage of the deal.
