We are staffing a 3 months Contract-to-hire position as an DOD / IT Recruiter for a well-established company. The person in this role will be a key contributor to helping the company continue its growth. Initially, this will be a telework position, and the person may be able to work from either the DC office (South East) or Crystal City, VA as things open back up.
The person will be tasked with handling primarily IT and DOD related positions, and will help with basic HR duties as needed including new hire orientation, paperwork, etc.
Requirements include:
- It least 3-5 years of IT and DoD recruiting experience including cleared positions.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and affirmative action plans.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
